Flexible PVC Transparent Tube & Colored Tube
AJAY PVC tubes are produced in sizes from 3 mm to 38 mm in varying wall thickness from the best quality PVC compound and are noted for exception clarity and flexibility. Due to unique chemical and physical properties, the tube is ideally suited to unlimited applications in a wide range of industries where low pressure work is required for conveyance of water, gardening and other everyday application.
These flexible PVC tube is light weight, corrosion and abrasion resistant and being transparent ensures that blockages are located easily. The chemical resistance of AJAY tube is excellent being highly resistant to most acids and alkalis.
TorTube
AJAY Tortube is a ribbed garden tubing with a high aesthetic appeal. The hose possesses excellent clarity, gloss with its ribs running helicoidally to the axis of the tube similar to a Tor.
Characteristics
Tortube is extruded from high quality electrically non-conductive plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride and is resistant to most acids and alkalis. It is light weight, abrasion and corrosion resistant and has excellent clarity and flexibility. The torsion received by the Tortube during extrusion improves the coalescence of the molecular chains which give the material greater resistance to internal pressure.
These are flexible co-extruded hoses for domestic applications. They can be manufactured in any size and colour. Typical Sizes: ? inch, 5/8 inch, ? inch, 1 inch, 1 ? inch. These are flexible co-extruded nylon reinforced hoses.
Polyester Fibre Braided Tube
These are flexible co-extruded or dual durometer (Hardness) pipes/tubing reinforced with polyester or Nylon for increased pressure capacity and aesthetics. Ajay Industrial's braided pipes can be used for a variety of applications and conditions. The pipes can be developed in any customer specified size, colour and hardness. Typical Sizes: 6mm to 25mm Internal Pressure Rating: 8Kgs/Cm2 to 18 Kg/Cm2.
