SHEETS:
From 0.5 mm thickness to 20 mm sizes 300mm X 300m to 1 Square Meter. In roll from with a width of 300 mm to length of 10 meters.
We offer a wide range of rubber sheets and insertions, Skit boards, abrasion resistant and tan gum sheets We also offer mats, floor coverings, Custom model Products and coated fabrics according to customers specifications. We use only the finest quality of raw materials available. These includes polymers like natural rubber (NR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Poly Butadiene Rubber (BR), Chloroprene (Neoprene, CR), Acrolo Nit rile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), EPDM, Butyl Rubber, Hypalon and Silicon Rubber.
Natural Rubber / SBR Sheets:
* Very good mechanical Properties.
* Good Weather Resistance.
* Fair to good alkali and acid resistance.
* Affected by oils, fats, Fuels and oxidizing agents.
Skirt Board Rubber Sheets:
* Used as conveyer skirt board or belt wiper ideal for mounting pads, sealing strips.
EPDM Rubber Sheets:
* Excellent weather, ozone and stream resistance.
Butyl Rubber Sheets:
* Resists weather and heat ageing.
* Particularly recommended for sealing applications.
Chloroprene (Neoprene) Rubbers:
* Excellent weather resistance.
* Good mechanical Properties.
* Moderately resistant to oils and fats.
Nit rile Rubber Sheets:
* Superior oil or solvent resistance properties.
* Used for ''O'' Rings, gaskets, sealants, grommets, tubing's, pads.
Hypalon Rubber Sheets:
* Outstanding Resistance to most chemicals, oils and heat.
* High abrasion and weather resistance.
Silicon Rubber Sheeting:
* Good resistant to weather ageing, heat, ozone and chemicals.
* Low permeability to gas, air and high dialectic strengths.
Abrasion Resistant Sheets:
* Highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
* Ideally suited as skirt boards, and for pits and mines and other heavy duty application.
Tan Gum Rubber Sheets:
* Extra flexible grade for chemicals especially mineral acids.
* Excellent mechanical Properties.
Diaphragm Rubber Sheets:
* Nit rile sheets with nylon insertion used as diaphragms for oil, LPG and solvent resistant application.
