We are a reputed progressive company specialized in the manufacture of ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE, HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE under our brand name POLY STEEL - 2000 since 1983.
UHMW HDPE is a new generation Engineering Plastic which is prepared with the help of Ziegler Catalysts. POLYSTEEL - 2000 UHMW HDPE is manufactured by Compression mould method with heavy presses under the guidance of highly technically qualified personnel.
Today, we offer a highly homogenous and non welded single block material in size 5600 mm long x 515 mm wide x 10 to 130 mm thick. Therefore we can offer any machine part, linear and any other components as per drawings from our full-fledged workshop having skilled technicians.
POLYSTEEL - 2000 UHMW HDPE has a molecular weight range in excess five million which are approximately ten times higher than of High Molecular Weight HDPE
