Zhejiang Wanlong Mould Co., Ltd is located in MOULD TOWN -----Huangyan , Which is not far from Internatioanl City---Shanghai and famous Trading Port---- Ningbo. Thus we have much more convenient sea and air transportation. It is mainly specialized in design and manufacture of plastic injiection mould for more than 13 years. We have the modern heat treatment section, high ion nitrification skills., the most advanced equipment such as FIDIA High-speed machine center(5 axis), CNCs, Sodik NC EDMs, Gun-driller, Clamping machine, High-speed Graphite McHine Center, Large- scale EDMs.Sodic Slow Wire-cut and so on.
Owning the latest CAD/CAE/CAM technologies and the most advanced equipments as well as the whole stuff's efforts, we have established long business ralationships with many famous companies such asTCL, CHANGHONG, Rostar, Pandar, VIDEOCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, TOSHIBA, XOCECO, etc, and meanwhile we also exported many moulds to the countries of South-East Asia, Middle East as well as other countries. We once made the biggest 63inch TV Mould ( size:1870mm*1370mm*1010mm，wight:18ton), the most complexed Car lights , Sound Grill for Toyota and Speaker grills for 42inch LCD TV Mould.
